Just wondering how JL Beanery is doing these days. JL has always been my coffee house of choice on the island. Early every morning during my yearly stay, we walk down to JL to enjoy a great cup of coffee, maybe a muffin or danish and sit in the serenity JL is famous for. Now that Starbucks (yuck-boo-hisss) moved in, I am concerned that the real ambience of the island is getting more commercial and may be hurting JL's business.
